Bantay PCBs team comprising of NGO representatives from the Cavite Green Coalition (CGC), Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives (GAIA), EcoWaste Coalition, and the Mindanao-based Interface Development Interventions (IDIS) visit the Non-Com POPs Facility in Bataan during a monitoring activity done by the team to assess the progress of the facility which at the time of the visit is already at the commissioning phase.
